This is a creature found in the abyssal oceans of a distant planet. It can rapidly reverse direction, swimming backwards or forwards with its wide fins. The front has a combination lure and claw. The claw is plunged into prey animals to grasp them from the inside. Sometimes this kills them. The mouth of the cladax is behind the anterior fin. This is not something you want to see while exploring the ocean depths. Fortunately, it will be dark down there, so you'll never see it coming.
Hello, my name is Dan. I am an author, artist, explorer, and contemplator of subjects large and small. I like bacon. I like pizza. I like bacon pizza. I enjoy long walks on the beach, but prefer the mountains. I am a huge fan of Jesus. When I grow up, I want to be just like him and create my own universes.
